We are located at 1401 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans a few blocks from the Pontchartrain Expressway. This allows anyone in the Greater New Orleans Area to reach us within minutes day or night.
Our staff is highly trained and knows how stressful it can be when your pet has an emergency - we are ready 24hrs a day, 365 days a year to offer the compassionate care you and your pets deserve. We are fully equipped with a state of the art Intensive Care Unit, Digital Radiography Suite, Surgical Suite, Isolation Ward, In House Laboratory and On-Site Pharmacy.
If you notice anything unusual about your pet or his/her behavior, please call us day or night and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Walk-ins are always welcome if you feel that your pet needs immediate attention - if time permits, let us know that you are on your way so that we can have everything your pet requires prepared and ready to go.
If you have a primary care vet, please rest assured that whether your pet spends only a short time with us or requires hospitalization, we will work closely with them to ensure that your pet is getting the most comprehensive care possible for his/her specific needs. All of your pets records and test results will be transferred to your primary care veterinarian as they are completed.
